If you would like to list your property on Tim's villas in Portugal, here's what you need to do.

• First you need to become a member of the site. You choose a user name (either your name or the name of your property) and tell us your email address. Within a few minutes we will send you an email with your password.

• You log into the site using your user name and password. You enter a few details about yourself (name, address etc).

• Next you can enter the details of your property. There's quite a lot of information to enter, so this stage might take 20 - 30 minutes to complete.

• Finally you need to send us photos of your property (up to 6). We'll load them up for you, and then you're ready to start receiving enquiries.
